Below are the speaker deadlines and speaker requirements.

Speaker Deadlines

• Submission Deadline: 21 June 2019

• Selection & Notification: 17 July 2019

• Photo Headshot: Please provide within 72 hours of acceptance

• Session Builder Launch: 4 September 2019

• Completed Presentation for Review: 10 October 2019

• Request for Additional AV or Internet Requirements: 10 October 2019

• Upload Final Presentations Due for Review: 24 October 2019

• Ignite '19 Europe: 13-15 November 2019 Barcelona, Spain

Note: If you are co-presenting and you have not received an email from Palo Alto Networks notifying you that you have been entered as such, please contact the primary presenter and request that you be added.

Speaker Requirements

1. All presenters should plan to provide copies of their presentation and/or white paper, if applicable, to attendees.

2. Ignite expects speakers to be available throughout the event to meet and mingle with attendees. Attendees want to meet our speakers and ask them questions. Please advise conference management of any time or availability constraints during Ignite Europe 2019 when submitting materials.

3. Ignite is a technical security conference and will demand more detail from its speakers. Dive deeper and provide more detail than you would for a general audience.

4. In some cases, speakers may be required to participate in individualized whiteboard sessions for one to two hours following their presentation. These sessions are designed to facilitate technical discussions among the speakers and Ignite attendees.
