Official Terms
By submitting via the Ignite Europe Call for Papers system, you understand and agree to the official terms as detailed in this section, Speaker Requirements and subsequent sections of this website.
By speaking at Ignite Europe, you grant Ignite Europe/Palo Alto Networks permission to record, reproduce, distribute, advertise and show your presentation, including but not limited to the Ignite Europe URL, conference proceedings and materials, audio, video, printed and/or electronic ads, fliers, mailers, etc.
We will give full conference passes only to those who actively participate as speakers on accepted presentations. You must include additional speakers in the initial submission to the Call for Papers.
Conference passes are non-transferable.
Co-workers, PR representatives, press, spouses, friends, etc. must register and pay their own registration fees.
Reviews, acceptances and/or declines are conducted on a rolling basis.

Prospective speakers should not directly contact any Ignite review board members regarding submission status or feedback.
Ignite will provide a projector, screen, presentation laptop, wired Ethernet connection and one microphone per presenter for the on-site presentation.
Speakers are responsible for providing all other necessary equipment.
If the presentation is deemed to be a work of plagiarism or a blatant vendor pitch, Ignite will revoke the speaker's session and not consider the person for future speaking opportunities.
Speaking at Ignite means representing a very exclusive community that we respect and appreciate. All participants must work together to provide value to their fellow attendees, speakers, and corporate sponsors, as well as volunteers and staff at the show. Please act accordingly.
Ignite reserves the right to change scheduled speaking times as necessary. While we will make every effort to honor assigned times, we may call upon speakers to present at any time during the conference.
Ignite reserves the right to rescind an accepted submission without a stated reason.
