Terms and Conditions
The promoter is ServiceNow Ltd whose registered EMEA HQ is at Hoekenrode 3, 1102 BR Amsterdam-Zuidoost, Netherlands.
The competitions are open to attendees of the 2019 Now at Work event in London and who are in physical attendance at the relevant local event.
All attendees may participate but eventual winners must meet the following criteria: be over 18 years of age, not be a ServiceNow employee or a relative of anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competitions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter these competitions.
By entering these competitions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The rules of the competitions and how to enter are as follows:
Competition #1: Users are asked to reply to the question: “Which workflow would you benefit most from at work?” with one of the following answers: IT Workflow, Employee Workflow, Customer Workflow or All of the above.
Participants must follow the ServiceNow EMEA Twitter handle @ServiceNow_EMEA
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The winner will be randomly selected from all entries received through an online random name picker.
Competition #2: Users are asked to engage by following the @ServiceNow_EMEA handle, like and share, engage (like, share, comment) with content on the aforementioned account, post selfies and tag friends, and use the official event hashtag #NowAtWork19.
The winner will be the user with the highest level of engagements.
The competition is only valid for from 7am to 6pm on the day of the Now at Work London event, 17 October, 2019. After this time entries can still be submitted but will not be considered for prize allocation.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes awarded for this are two Wireless Charging Pads, two Tutti Frutti Bottles with Infuser and two Bluetooth Speaker across all activities.
No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winners will be notified by social post/Twitter DM during the event. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not confirm notification of winning entry within 24 hours of the end of the event (6pm 17 October 2019), we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
ServiceNow will notify the winners when, where and how the prize will be delivered.
ServiceNow’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
